To step out of my daily routine and look at the world around me with a different view and along the way, hope to discover some new things..

I get bogged down in work & feel I'm missing out on some simple joys in life.
4. Do you have any worries or doubts about how you will do on this challenge?
Yes! Making an excuses- deadlines, in another hour, tomorrow... and working on video- yikes!
5. Do you need to do anything special to prepare for this challenge?

creative inspiration. becoming less anxious, more chill.

january 30 day challenge- day 1
My thirty day challenge for January 2011 is to stop & smell the flowers. I need to move away from the computer and get out and look at my neighborhood with fresh eyes or just get out and do something new.
Today, I went down by the river just a few blocks from my house and did part of my run there. A train went by, the landscape was beautiful and it was chilly.
